Whiteswan Drive Infill Residential Lots
The City is exploring the feasibility of releasing for sale 30 previously serviced and subdivided residential lots on Whiteswan Drive in the Silverwood Heights neighbourhood. These lots have been held in the City’s land inventory since 1988.

Survey & information session
Survey
A survey was open from April 30 to July 3, 2026, to collect residents thoughts on the sale of the lots.
Information Session
An information session was held on May 7, 2026 at Bishop James Mahoney School (Commons Room) from 6:30 to 8:30 pm. It was a come and go event where people talked with City staff about the project and got their questions answered. There was a series of information boards on display. These boards provided key details about the project, important timelines, and opportunities for feedback.
