Public Notice and Comment Period

Submit your comments regarding opt-in rezoning by scrolling to the bottom of the page and clicking "Take the Survey" on the green banner that appears at the top of the page.

The feedback received will be reviewed and integrated into our engagement report that will go to City Council in October.

Please submit any comments or questions by September 1st to ensure they can be included in the report. Comments received after September 1st will not be included in the report, but we will continue to respond to questions until the Public Meeting.

You may also submit comments directly to Committee and Council after September 1st using the Submit a Letter/Request to Speak to Council and Committees Form on the City’s website.

Submission period:

  • Municipal Planning Commission: September 28, 2026, until 5 p.m.
  • Public Hearing: October 26, 2026, until 5 p.m.
