What is being proposed?
Planning and Development has received an application from Saskatoon Land (the applicant) proposing to amend the Brighton Concept Plan and rezone a parcel of land in the Brighton neighbourhood along Nazarali Lane. The proposed amendments would facilitate the subdivision of the parcel and development of street townhouses and other low density residential uses.
1. Concept Plan Amendment
The applicant is proposing to revise the parcel boundary.
2. Rezoning
The applicant is proposing to rezone the site from FUD(H) - Future Urban Development District subject to a Holding Symbol to RMTN - Townhouse Residential District, and RM2 - Low/Medium Density Multiple Unit Dwelling District.
