Application Description:
The site is currently vacant. Subject to Discretionary Use approval, the site will be developed to accommodate a Residential Care Home – type II with capacity for a maximum of fifteen (15) residents under care and two (2) staff members at any given time.
The parking and loading needs will be assessed through the review of the Discretionary Use. A minimum number of spaces may be required based on the parking plan, location, and other relevant factors like the number of employees or expected visitors.
Prior to operating, the applicant will be required to obtain any relevant provincial licenses.
