Application Description:
The site is currently developed as a Residential Care Home - type II for up to 10 residents under care. Subject to Discretionary Use approval, the applicant will develop the basement to allow for a maximum of 15 residents under care and 2 staff members at any given time.
The parking and loading needs will be assessed through the review of the Discretionary Use. A minimum number of spaces may be required based on the parking plan, location, and other relevant factors like the number of employees or expected visitors.
Prior to operating, the applicant will be required to obtain any relevant provincial licenses.
